I'm a Privatdozentin/Post-doctoral researcher at the General Linguistics Department/SFB1718, project C2, University of Tübingen.
My work is centred on multimodal communication, in particular, prosodic phonology and its interactions with the other aspects of the grammar and language use - i.e. syntax, morphology and pragmatics and with other modalities, e.g. gestures, text-based communication. My research involves production, perception, acceptability judgement experiments and multimodal corpora (annotation and developing), the results of which are used either to support or disfavour outstanding theoretical analyses, or as foundations for novel generalizations and analyses.
